Booking Your Session

Our outdoor sessions run all year and they book quickly. Daniela is accepting a limited number of weekly sessions.

About your Session

To book your session and secure your date you must pay the session fee retainer. All prices are subject to sales tax. Serving South East Florida and San Diego County. We accept cash, checks and PayPal.

Travel fee is applicable to locations 30 miles from the 33441 zip code in Miami or 30 miles from the 92037 zip code in San Diego. Please add a $35 travel fee for locations 31-60 mile radius.

What do I wear?

Important details, such as what to wear, and more information, will be discussed in a pre-session information packet. This packet will be emailed to you after you book your session so you can be prepared for your photo shoot.

Printing Quality

Our work is completely different than your average big box studio. I will spend many hours editing your photos to deliver extremely high quality portraits that are edited to the best clarity and color.
We offer both traditional portraits as well as digital image options. With Fine Art Portraiture your images are fully retouched and printed on the highest quality paper by a professional lab. With digital images you still get the quality of Sereia Photography but we give you a digital image copyright release that allows you the ability to print, email and share the images created by Daniela.

After your Session

Please allow for 2 to 3 weeks editing time and up to 4 weeks editing time during the holiday season (Oct-Dec). Online Gallery will be ready to view 2 to 4 weeks after your photo shoot. You will be given a password to view your private online gallery and you have 5 days to make your selection. After 5 days there will be a $25 fee to repost your online gallery. You will be contacted when your images are finished and ready for pick up/ship. There is a $50 rush fee if you need your images faster.

If you purchase finished Portraits, prints on canvas, albums or any printed boutique items they will be ready approximately 3 – 4 weeks after the final order is placed. Orders must be placed within 2 weeks. Orders placed after that time will incur a $25 archival fee.

We appreciate your business and we truly hope that you enjoy your portraits for many years to come. As a way to show our appreciation, you will receive TWO 8×10 prints for each client that you refer (after their order is completed). Best of all there’s no limit to how many referrals credits you can receive!
